What to Send With Your Enquiry
Four details decide whether the first reply is usable. Send them together and the quotation comes back complete instead of in three rounds of questions.
The candle itself
Family, size and construction: a Jewish, scented, beeswax, outdoor or decorative line, the diameter or gram weight, the wax, the wick type and the color range. A photo or a competitor reference is enough to start if you have no drawing.
Quantity, packing and branding
Pieces per SKU and per color, plus how it should arrive: inner box, carton strength, private label or our own packaging, barcode and label copy. Mixed containers are normal for us, so say if you want several families in one shipment.
The market you sell into
The destination decides the paperwork: ASTM F2417 for the United States, EN 15494 and REACH for Europe, Kosher-standard routines for Israel. Everything we can issue is listed on the certificate page, so you can ask for the exact file your buyer will request.
Price target and timing
A target FOB or landed cost, the delivery window, and whether a sample has to be approved before the order. If a season is driving the date, say so early - lead time and payment terms explain how the schedule is built.

Writing from Europe or the Americas? Send the brief by email whenever it suits you - it lands in the morning queue in Tonglu and is answered in the same working day. If your question is about an order already in production, quote the order number and the shipping date so it can be checked against the schedule straight away.
04 / Visiting
Coming to See the Workshop
Buyers are welcome to visit, and it is worth doing before a large first order. The site sits in Tonglu, Zhejiang - about an hour from Hangzhou and three hours from Shanghai. Tell us the dates and the candle families you buy, and we will arrange for that line to be running and for samples to be waiting when you arrive. The workshop page shows what a visit covers, and the exhibition and clients page lists where we usually meet buyers in person.
Before you book
Send the dates and the SKUs at least a week ahead so the molds and the wax for your line are in the plan.
While you are here
Production floor, QC bench, packing area and a burn test on the candle you are considering - half a day is enough.
