Specifications, packing counts and color programs are confirmed per order. Lines can be combined in a single container once total quantity and delivery window are agreed.
Quality control
What we hold constant in every order
Candles fail at retail for a short list of reasons: wax that differs between batches, wicks sized for a different diameter, color that shifts, or packaging that cannot carry the required warnings. These five points are checked on every line, whatever the format.
Buyers who need documentation before ordering can request certification documents with the quotation.
Wax specification
Sample and bulk run from the same wax base. Natural beeswax, paraffin and blends are quoted separately so the price difference is visible before you commit.
Wick and burn behavior
Cotton wicks are sized to the diameter of each candle and centered by hand. Burn tests follow ASTM F2417 and EN 15494 depending on the destination market.
Color control
Natural honey and ivory are stock colors. Pantone matching starts at 500 pcs per color, with trials poured on production wax so the approved sample matches the delivery.
Fragrance load
Fragrance percentage is fixed at sampling and recorded on the order sheet. Buyer supplied oils can be tested on our wax before the bulk run is scheduled.
Packing and documents
Cartons, barcodes, multilingual warning text and shipping marks are checked against the destination market. Our workshop and inspection process cover test reports and inspection.
Selection guide
Start from the market you sell into
The same wax specification serves several markets. What changes is size, color, packing and the paperwork your customer expects on arrival.
Importers and wholesalers
Mixed containers across two or three families, packed in bulk cartons with even counts per box. We hold the specification on file so repeat orders match the first delivery.
Retail and private label
Your artwork on labels, sleeves and cartons, with barcodes and warning text applied in the factory. Dielines and printed mock-ups are approved before tooling starts.
Hospitality and events
Neutral colors in standard sizes, packed so housekeeping or event staff can restock without counting. Table and guest-name labeling is applied before cartons are sealed.
Seasonal and religious calendars
Production is planned around Shabbat, Hanukkah, Passover and summer outdoor seasons. Book capacity early: August to October adds about 20 days to standard lead time.
Private label
Your brand on every candle
Most of our volume ships under the buyer's own brand. Labels, cartons and sleeves are printed to your artwork, with barcodes and multilingual warning text applied before the goods leave the factory.
Send artwork, a reference sample or a drawing and we return a dieline and a printed mock-up before production, so the layout is agreed before any packaging is made.

Dipped, poured, molded or pressed to your drawing. Send a physical sample and we will match the dimensions.
Unscented by default on beeswax and Jewish lines so the natural note stays clean. Fragrance can be added for retail programs.
Shrink pack, window box, kraft sleeve, gift set or display carton, produced to the dieline approved at sampling.
MSDS and Intertek SQP reports are issued on request, and certification documents can travel with the shipping papers.

Order terms at a glance
These are the standard conditions for wholesale candle orders. Anything outside them can be quoted case by case - tell us the quantity and destination and we will confirm in writing.

Questions
What buyers ask before the first order

1. Can I combine several candle families in one container?
Yes. All five families are produced in the same plant, so a mixed container can carry Jewish tapers, beeswax pillars and outdoor buckets on one production schedule. Send the quantity per line and we will confirm the container fill and the delivery window.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
2,000 pcs per size and color for standard lines. Mixed colors are accepted within one size. Promotional or trial quantities are quoted case by case, and the sample order is always small.
3. How long does sampling take?
Seven days for standard formats, with 3 pcs supplied free of charge and courier at your account. Custom molds and new dielines take longer because the tooling and printed mock-up are approved first.
4. Which safety standards do you test to?
Burn behavior is tested to ASTM F2417 for the United States and EN 15494 for Europe. MSDS documents and Intertek SQP inspection reports are available with the quotation - see our certification page.
5. Can you match a Pantone color?
Yes, from 500 pcs per color. Trials are poured on production wax rather than lab wax, so the approved sample and the bulk delivery read the same under retail lighting.
6. Do you supply private label and barcodes?
Yes. Labels, sleeves and cartons are printed to your artwork with barcodes and market-specific warning text applied in the factory. Details are on our OEM and ODM service page.
