1. Are the candles 100% beeswax?
We produce both 100% beeswax and beeswax blends. The content is stated on the specification sheet, so the claim on your label is accurate.
2. Why does the color change between batches?
Natural beeswax color depends on the forage and season. We show a color range card, and can bleach or dye to a fixed shade when consistency matters more than the natural look.
3. Is the honey smell from added fragrance?
The honey note comes from the wax itself. Fragrance oil can be added if you want a specific scent story, but it is not needed for a natural product.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is flexible and negotiable. Stock sizes accept small trial batches, while a custom size or color needs a higher first run.
5. How long do samples and production take?
Stock samples are free, a custom size or color takes about 7 days, quotations are returned within 24 hours and bulk production runs 25–35 days after approval.
6. Can beeswax and other candle lines ship together?
Yes. Beeswax tapers can share a container with scented candles or decorative candles from the same factory.
