Every Dimension of the Candle Is Yours to Specify
Five specification groups cover almost every private-label brief. If your requirement falls outside them, send a sample and we will quote against it. Each group is confirmed in writing before sampling starts.
01 / WAX
Wax Material
Pure beeswax - natural and smokeless with the original honey scent, for ritual and premium decor candles.
Soy wax - clean-burning and eco-friendly, the usual base for luxury scented sets.
Paraffin - cost-effective and stable in the mold, ideal for bulk daily candles.
Blends - a custom ratio that balances scent throw against burn time.
02 / FORM
Size & Shape
Shapes - pillar, taper, jar, votive, tealight, spiral, square and irregular molds, including exclusive Judaica forms.
Sizes - height, diameter and net weight set by you, from mini portable to large long-burning outdoor sizes.
New molds - 10 days for tooling, and the mold stays yours. We do not reuse it for other buyers.
Performance - dripless, low-soot, long-burn, wind-resistant or citronella, matched to the test condition you specify.
03 / COLOR & SCENT
Color & Fragrance
Color - Pantone matching on wax and on packaging, in solid, gradient, metallic or layered finishes. Hand-dipped color shifts slightly between batches, so your approved sample stays the reference.
Fragrance - essential or fragrance oil, IFRA-compliant, in vanilla, sandalwood, citrus, lavender, linen or your own formula under exclusivity.
Unscented - available across all religious lines, which is what most Shabbat and Hanukkah buyers specify.
Testing - a 7-day color check runs before the formula is approved.
04 / WICK
Wick Specification
Cotton, wooden, low-smoke and thickened long-burning wicks, single or multiple per candle.
The wick is matched to the wax and the diameter so the flame stays stable, with no black smoke and no wax overflow, and the finished candle is checked against ASTM F2417 or EN 15494 for your market.
05 / BRAND
Logo & Packaging
On the candle - hot stamping, silk-screen printing, label stickers and embossing on wax and on the box.
Inner packaging - gift boxes, color boxes, kraft boxes, glass jar design, foam protection and luxury gift sets.
Outer carton - printed master cartons, your shipping marks and export-standard packing for safe logistics.
Accessories - instruction cards, greeting cards, ribbons and hang tags.

Four Candle Families, One Production Line
Most of our custom work sits in four families. All of them run in-house on the same site, so a mixed order can be produced and shipped together instead of split across suppliers.
Jewish Candles
Hanukkah candles at the 0.9 x 14 cm standard, plus Shabbat, Havdalah and Passover candles. Packed 45 pcs per box or to your own box structure, produced to Kosher-standard routines.
Pure Beeswax Candles
Taper, pillar, honeycomb and rolled beeswax with a natural finish, optional cotton wick and gift-box packing. Produced on separated lines to protect the pure-beeswax claim.
Scented Aromatherapy
Glass jar, tin and travel formats for private-label home fragrance, including pillar scented candles. Your fragrance formula can be kept exclusive.
Outdoor Candles
Citronella buckets, garden torches and citronella pillars with wind-resistant wicks and bucket or lid options for patio and camping retail.

Questions About Private-Label Orders
Q01
What is the MOQ for a private-label candle?
Stock lines start from 500 pcs per color. New molds and printed packaging usually start at 2,000 pcs, and mixed assortments are possible for distributors. The exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation.
Q02
Can you match a candle I already buy from another supplier?
Yes. Send the physical sample. We match diameter, length, wax, color, scent, burn time and packaging, and quote against that specification.
Q03
How long does a custom order take?
Sampling about 7 days, then 30 to 45 days for repeat production after sample approval. New tooling or custom packaging adds time, and Hanukkah or Christmas programs should be booked months ahead.
Q04
Can the fragrance be exclusive to my brand?
Yes. We can hold your formula under exclusivity and supply IFRA documentation for it. If you prefer no scent at all, unscented production is standard across the religious lines.
Q05
Do you print my logo and retail-ready packaging?
Yes - hot stamping, screen printing, labels, gift boxes, barcodes and FNSKU labeling. A dieline and printed proof are approved before the run starts.
