2. Will the print stay crisp during shipping and burning?
We use a heat-stable transfer for customer artwork so the pattern stays crisp through storage, display and normal burning. Print quality is checked on the finished wax before packing.
3. Do you offer floral tapers for weddings and venues?
Yes. Floral tapers carry a printed or pressed-style floral finish, sized for standard candlesticks and candelabras, with stock designs always available and venue-branded prints on request.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is flexible and negotiable. We accept sample orders and small trial batches for new programs, and offer preferential pricing as volumes grow.
5. How long do samples and production take?
Quotations are issued within 24 hours, custom samples take about 7 days, and production is scheduled after sample approval with inspection before loading.
6. Can the scent and packaging be customized too?
Yes. Scent level, wax base, color, individual boxes, printed color boxes and cartons are all set per order, and the relevant test report is supplied with your quotation.
