What We Control in Production
A jar candle fails at retail for three reasons: a wick that is too small for the glass, color that shifts between batches, and wax that pulls away from the vessel wall. These are the five points we hold in every order.
Wax and scent
Every jar is filled with natural beeswax and no paraffin filler, so the candle carries a faint honey scent and a warm flame. Fragrance can be added for retail programs, and the wider beeswax candle range shares the same wax base.
Jar and fill weight
Glass size and fill weight are set per order, from small hotel-room jars to wider vessels for gift sets. We confirm the finished weight and wick position on the sample before the bulk run is scheduled.
Color and finish
Natural honey and ivory are stock colors. Custom Pantone matching starts at 500 pcs per color, with trials poured on production wax so the approved sample matches the bulk delivery.
Wicking
Cotton wicks are primed and centered by hand, then sized to the jar diameter so the melt pool reaches the glass edge without tunnelling or smoking. Wicks are trimmed to length before packing.
Packing and documents
Bulk cartons, shrink packs, window boxes and gift sets are available. Retail packaging can carry your barcode, safety warning and language versions; our sales support team checks label wording against the destination market before production.

Most of our jar candle volume ships under the buyer's own brand. Labels, cartons and sleeves are printed to your artwork, with barcodes and multilingual warning text applied before the goods leave the factory.
Send artwork and we return a dieline and a printed mock-up before tooling starts, so the layout is agreed before any packaging is produced.

Printed or foiled on the jar or carton. Vector artwork is preferred so the mark stays sharp at small sizes.
Color
Pantone matching from 500 pcs per color; natural honey and ivory are stocked and ship without a color surcharge.

Glass size and shape made to your specification. Send a drawing or a physical jar and we will match the fill to it.
Fragrance

PRODUCTION
From Wax Block to Sealed Carton
Jar production is short and repeatable, which is why lead times stay predictable. Sampling and bulk run on the same line, in the same workshop that handles our votive and pillar lines.
STEP 01
Wax melting and filtration
Beeswax is melted at a controlled temperature and filtered to remove sediment before color is added.
STEP 02
Filling the jars
Wax is poured at a set temperature so the surface cools flat and releases cleanly from the glass wall.
STEP 03
Wicking and centring
Wicks are set while the wax is still warm, then trimmed and checked for centring before the candle cools.
STEP 04
Inspection and packing
Each carton is checked for surface finish, color match and wick alignment before it is sealed and labeled.

Beeswax Jar Candle Questions Buyers Ask

1. Are your jar candles 100% beeswax?
Yes. The fill is natural beeswax with no paraffin blend. The color and any fragrance are the only additions, and both are declared on the MSDS.
2. Can you use our own jars?
Yes, we can fill buyer supplied glass as long as it passes a heat check at sampling. Send samples before the order is confirmed so we can test the fill and wick before production.
3. Can you match a specific color?
Pantone matching starts at 500 pcs per color. We pour color trials on production wax and send them for approval before the bulk run.
4. How long do the candles burn?
Burn time follows jar size and fill weight, so we quote it per SKU after sampling rather than publishing a single figure for the range.
5. What is the MOQ?
2,000 pcs per size and color. Mixed colors can be combined in one order as long as each color meets the 500 pcs color minimum.
6. How long does production take?
30 days after sample approval, plus 20 days during August to October. Shipping time depends on the destination port and is quoted with the order.
7. Can you print our logo?
Yes, on labels, cartons and sleeves. We send a printed mock-up for approval before the packaging run starts.
