Ceramic is heavier than glass, so we quote it on packed weight and stack height, not only on wax fill. A 200 g pot normally ships 24–36 pieces per export carton with dividers, and a 500 g lidded jar 12–18 pieces, which keeps freight cost per unit predictable. 1. What makes ceramic different from glass or tin?
Ceramic is fired clay with a glazed surface: it feels heavier and warmer in the hand, holds fragrance well and can be re-used as a pot or jar after the candle is finished. Buyers comparing formats can also review our glass jar candles and tin candles.
2. Can you match a Pantone glaze color?
Yes. We match glaze to your Pantone reference and send a fired color chip with the sample, because glaze shifts slightly in the kiln and reads differently on each clay body.
3. Can our logo be applied to the vessel?
Yes. Fired ceramic decals, silk-screen print, laser engraving and embossed logos are all available. Decals are fired at around 780 °C, so they do not wash or peel off with use.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is flexible and negotiable. Sample orders and small trial batches are accepted, and standard pot and jar formats start lower than a new-mold program.
5. How long do samples and production take?
Stock samples are free; custom glaze and decal samples take about 10 days; quotations are returned within 24 hours, and bulk production is scheduled after approval with inspection before loading.
6. Do you supply candle formats other than ceramic?
Yes. We also produce glass jar candles, tin candles and pillar scented candles, so one program can cover several formats from a single factory.
