Five checkpoints that decide whether an outdoor candle performs in the customer hand.
Fragrance dosing
Fragrance is weighed per batch, not per kettle guess, so the load stays inside the agreed percentage from first pour to last.
Pour temperature
Wax is poured inside a set temperature window to limit shrinkage, sink holes and scent loss at the top of the vessel.
Cure time
Filled candles rest before wicking and packing so the fragrance binds into the wax instead of flashing off during the first burn.
Wick and burn test
Wicks are sized to the finished vessel diameter, then checked for flame height, soot and full melt pool on a timed burn.
Glass and pack check
Jars are inspected for chips and thermal cracks, then drop-tested in the export carton before the container is loaded.

Small balcony or bistro table
A single 150-200 g jar gives enough throw at seating distance without overpowering a narrow space.
Open garden or poolside
Choose a wider tin or three-wick vessel; a bigger melt pool releases fragrance against air movement.
Long evening events
Specify a larger fill weight and a cotton wick sized for 4 hours plus, then confirm with a test burn.
Gift and hamper sets

Questions Buyers Ask Before the First Order
Practical answers on scent, safety and shipping for outdoor scented candles.
Can the fragrance be supplied by us?
Yes. Send the oil with its IFRA certificate and safety data sheet, and we will run a small pour to confirm the scent throw before bulk.
Will the scent survive a hot container?
We recommend a higher melting point wax and a lid for sea freight in summer. Both are confirmed at sample stage, not after loading.
Do you provide ASTM F2417 or EN 15494 reports?
Yes. Candle safety reports are issued for the approved specification, together with MSDS and an Intertek SQP report where the buyer needs it.
What is the minimum order?
2,000 pcs per size and color as a standard, and mixed colors can run inside one size. Smaller trial runs are quoted case by case.
How long does a repeat order take?
30 days after sample approval, plus 20 days in the August to October peak. Repeat orders keep the approved sample reference.
Can you match a competitor sample?
Send the physical sample and we will match wax, vessel and fragrance direction as closely as the materials allow, then confirm on a counter-sample.
