BEESWAX HONEYCOMB CANDLES · FACTORY DIRECT SUPPLY
Beeswax Honeycomb Candles with a Pressed, Not Printed, Texture
The hexagonal pattern on these candles is pressed into the wax itself, so the surface reads as crafted in the hand and in the photograph. Natural golden yellow is the stock color, and dyed shades or beehive shapes are made to order.
Every honeycomb candle is poured and pressed on the same workshop floor in Tonglu, Zhejiang as our pillar and jar lines, with cotton wicks, no fragrance oils by default and gift packaging produced to your dieline.

PRODUCT RANGE
Honeycomb Candle and Matching Lines
The honeycomb SKU is the visual anchor; the two pillar lines beside it let a gift program ship one texture story in a single container. Sizes and pack counts are set per order.
COMPARE THE LINES
Honeycomb and Smooth Pillars
The honeycomb surface carries a shelf on its own; smooth pillars carry the color program. Most gift buyers order both so a set can pair texture with shade in one box.

SPECIFICATIONS
What We Control in Production
A textured candle is harder to make well than a smooth one: the pattern has to stay crisp, the wick has to stay straight on an uneven surface, and the finish has to survive the carton. These are the five points we hold in every order.
Wax and texture
The pattern is pressed into the wax while it is still soft, so the honeycomb is part of the candle rather than a coating that can peel. Filtered beeswax with no paraffin stretch keeps the edges crisp, and the wider beeswax candle range shares the same wax base.
Shape and size
Round pillars and beehive-shaped rounds are the standard formats. Diameter, height and pattern depth are set per order; unusual shapes are quoted after a mold check so we do not promise a shape the tooling cannot hold.
Color
Natural golden yellow is stock and shifts slightly between wax batches, which is normal for unbleached beeswax. Dyed shades are matched from 500 pcs per color and approved on production wax, not on a color card.
Wicking
Cotton wicks are sized to the diameter and centered by hand, then checked for drift before the wax sets hard, because a leaning wick is visible on a textured wall in a way it never is on a smooth one.
Packing and documents
Window gift boxes, kraft sleeves and ribbon sets are the common formats. Cartons are partitioned so the pressed surface does not rub in transit, and our sales support team checks barcode and warning wording for your market.
SELECTION GUIDE
Match the Line to the Market
Honeycomb candles sell on how they look before they are lit. The three channels below are the ones our buyers order for, and each one packs differently.
Gift and museum retail
Honeycomb rounds with a printed sleeve or window box, packed one or two pieces per box so the texture is visible on the shelf.
Seasonal and holiday sets
Mixed sets pairing honeycomb rounds with smooth pillars in your color story, boxed to a single dieline so the set ships as one SKU.
Hospitality gifting
Raw-finish candles for guest amenities and corporate gifting, bulk packed with even counts per carton for easy distribution.
Tell us the set composition and we will quote the box, insert and carton together. Sets assembled in the factory arrive ready to shelf, which removes a packing step at your warehouse.
PRIVATE LABEL
Your Brand on Every Honeycomb Candle
Private label is the normal route for this line: printed sleeves, branded boxes and cartons are produced to your artwork, with barcodes and multilingual warning text applied before the goods leave the factory.
Send artwork and we return a dieline and a printed mock-up before the packaging run, so the layout is agreed before any board is cut.
Pattern
Honeycomb depth and repeat set per order. Send a reference photo and we will match the cell size and edge definition.
Color
Pantone matching from 500 pcs per color; natural golden yellow is stocked and ships without a color surcharge.
Shape
Round pillar and beehive rounds as standard; other profiles quoted after a mold check.
Fragrance
Unscented by default so the texture story stays honest. Honey or buyer supplied oils can be added at the melt.
Packaging
Window box, kraft sleeve or ribbon gift set. See our OEM and ODM service for the full option list.
Compliance
MSDS and Intertek SQP reports are available on request, and certification documents can be issued with the shipping papers.
PRODUCTION
From Wax Block to Pressed Candle
Honeycomb production adds one step to the pillar line, and it is the step that decides whether the pattern reads clean or smudged. Sampling and bulk both run in the same workshop.
STEP 01
Wax melting and filtration
Beeswax is melted at a controlled temperature and filtered before color is added, so the pressed surface stays clean.
STEP 02
Pressing the honeycomb surface
The pattern is formed while the wax is soft, with the mold temperature held steady so cell edges stay sharp.
STEP 03
Wicking and shaping
Wicks are set and centered while the body is still warm, then the base is trimmed flat so the candle stands level.
STEP 04
Inspection and packing
Each piece is checked for pattern definition, color match and wick alignment before it is boxed and sealed.
Buyers who want to see the pressing step before ordering are welcome at our stand during trade exhibitions, or can book a factory visit through the company profile page.

FAQ
Honeycomb Candle Questions Buyers Ask
The questions that come up most often during quotation. If yours is not covered, send it with your enquiry and we will answer in writing.
1. Is the honeycomb pattern printed on the surface?
No. The pattern is pressed into the wax while it is soft, so it is part of the body and cannot peel or wash off. The texture is also why these candles photograph well without styling.
2. Will the pattern survive bulk shipping?
Yes, with the right carton. Pieces are partitioned so they cannot rub, and we confirm a drop-tested packing configuration before the first shipment.
3. Can you produce custom shapes?
Round pillars and beehive rounds are standard. Other profiles are quoted after a mold check, because pattern definition depends on the wall geometry.
4. Can the color be matched to our range?
Pantone matching starts at 500 pcs per color. Natural golden yellow varies slightly between wax batches, which is normal for unbleached beeswax and is documented on the MSDS.
5. What is the MOQ?
2,000 pcs per size and color. Mixed colors can be combined in one order as long as each color meets the 500 pcs color minimum.
6. How long does production take?
30 days after sample approval, plus 20 days during August to October. Shipping time depends on the destination port and is quoted with the order.
7. Can you assemble gift sets in the factory?
Yes. We produce the box, insert and carton to one dieline and pack the set before it leaves, so it arrives ready to shelf instead of being assembled at your warehouse.
